Who is responsible

MakeSoulSense is a concept by FeelGoodVibes, the sole proprietorship of Samira Linda, located at Schakel 17, 3645 SJ Vinkeveen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 59042974. Samira is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this statement.

Which data we process

Via the contact form: your name, email address, the offer you are considering and whatever you write in the message.

Via WhatsApp or email: your phone number or email address and the content of your messages.

During a journey: appointments and invoices. No notes are taken of the conversations themselves; what you share is confidential.

What we use it for

To contact you and schedule a conversation (basis: performance of a contract, or the steps leading up to it).

To guide and invoice sessions and journeys (basis: contract and legal obligation).

To answer you when you ask a question (basis: legitimate interest).

Your data is not used for newsletters or advertising, and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Messages via the contact form that do not lead to a conversation: at most 6 months.

Invoices and payment details: 7 years, as required by the Dutch tax authority.

Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to run the practice: the web host, the email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose that channel, and the accountant. Where the law requires it, agreements on the protection of your data are in place with these parties.

Data is not shared with parties outside the EU, except via WhatsApp if you contact us through that channel yourself.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. One functional cookie remembers your language choice (Dutch or English) for a year; it contains nothing else.

Security

Your data is stored on secured systems with a password and two-step verification.

Your rights

You may view, correct or have your data deleted. You may also object to a processing or withdraw your consent. Email sl.huijsen@hotmail.com; you will receive a reply within a month.

Do you feel your data is not being handled properly? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
